Facilities Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services at a major pharmaceutical and life sciences facility in Harwell.

The role will act as the senior on-site representative and primary client contact, responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, efficient and commercially successful operation of the facility.

Working across manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, office and plant environments, the successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary FM team and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure service excellence, operational resilience and continuous improvement.

This is a highly customer-focused leadership position, requiring an individual who can combine technical FM expertise, strong people leadership, commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management.

This is a temp to perm postion, sucessful candidates will expect a salary of 80k plus benefits.
