We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Coordinator / Assistant Team Leader to join a busy and professional corporate site in Warrington.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will help coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives, work closely with contractors and engineers, and ensure day-to-day facilities services are delivered efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting and coordinating the on-site operational team
- Monitoring workloads, performance, KPIs and service standards
- Liaising with contractors, engineers, suppliers and site stakeholders
- Assisting with reports, financial administration and ongoing projects
- Responding to operational issues and following escalation procedures
- Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales
- A minimum of two years’ administrative or operational support experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
- The confidence to make operational decisions
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
