FACILITIES COORDINATOR / ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

£14.50 per hour
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Coordinator / Assistant Team Leader to join a busy and professional corporate site in Warrington.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will help coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives, work closely with contractors and engineers, and ensure day-to-day facilities services are delivered efficiently.
Your duties will include:
  • Supporting and coordinating the on-site operational team
  • Monitoring workloads, performance, KPIs and service standards
  • Liaising with contractors, engineers, suppliers and site stakeholders
  • Assisting with reports, financial administration and ongoing projects
  • Responding to operational issues and following escalation procedures
  • Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of two years’ administrative or operational support experience
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
  • The confidence to make operational decisions
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Previous facilities management or engineering helpdesk experience would be advantageous.
