Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for all staff and visitors.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are readily available.
Assist in planning and organising events, meetings, and other activities within the facilities.
Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe workplace.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management, including maintenance logs and inventory lists.

Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who possesses the following qualifications:

Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facilities management software.
