Facilities Coordinator

Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit a Facilities Coordinator for a prestigious commercial office building in the West End. Supporting an experienced Building Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of this premium asset, acting as a central point of contact for tenants, contractors and visitors. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, combining facilities coordination, contractor management, and tenant engagement, whilst helping to ensure the building continues to deliver first-class service standards.

You'll assist with coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, support compliance activities, oversee contractor attendance on site, and help maintain accurate operational records. The role will also see you involved in health and safety processes, occupier engagement initiatives, and the coordination of building events, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within commercial property management.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within Facilities Management, Property Management or a customer-focused corporate environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding occupier experience. Experience working within a multi-tenanted commercial property would be advantageous, alongside a good understanding of health and safety legislation. IOSH Managing Safely or a similar qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
