Salary: £25,000–£27,000 depending on experience and/or qualifications

The Best Connection Group Limited is looking for a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our established team in Bromsgrove.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our facilities department and helping to manage a portfolio of around 90 properties across the UK.

You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and can confidently juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.

🔧 What will you be doing?

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our properties, systems and processes operate effectively every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Facilities department with the management of our UK property portfolio
• Responding to property-related queries and ensuring they receive appropriate, timely action
• Helping to ensure facilities requirements and processes are managed effectively
• Communicating with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Prioritising tasks and managing multiple requests efficiently
• Providing a high standard of customer service across the business

⭐ What we're looking for

Essential:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong IT skills, including standard Microsoft Office applications or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise effectively
• The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure

Desirable:

• Previous experience within a facilities or property department
• Full UK driving licence

Monday to Friday
Up to 37.5 hours per week
1-hour lunch break each day

Office based with the option of 1 day working from home after qualifying period
