Location: Woking, Surrey(commutable from Woking, Guildford, Godalming, Farnborough, Aldershot, Camberley and surrounding areas)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Monthly Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (flexible start/finish times available)
Type: Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, proactive individual to join a well-established engineering manufacturer as a Facilities Maintenance Assistant.

Working as part of a small, friendly maintenance team, you'll help keep a modern manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently, carrying out a wide range of building maintenance, repairs and site improvements. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience looking to develop their skills.

Facilities Maintenance Assistant Package

• £30,000 - £32,000 salary (depending on experience)

Facilities Maintenance Assistant Duties

• Carrying out general building and facilities maintenance

• Completing repairs to the building, fixtures and site infrastructure

• Performing routine inspections across the factory and grounds

• Responding to day-to-day maintenance issues

• Assisting with preventative maintenance and improvement projects

• Liaising with external contractors when required

• Helping maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment

• A proactive and reliable approach to work

• A willingness to undertake physical work

• A full UK driving licence

• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
