Facilities Management Electrician

£48,000 - £50,000 + Travel Card + Uniform + Tools + Career Development Temp to Perm

We are recruiting for three Facilities Management Electricians to join a well-established and expanding FM team delivering maintenance services across more than 20 commercial sites throughout Central London (Zones 1 & 2).

Working as part of a team of approximately 10 engineers, reporting into a Maintenance Manager and Supervisor, you will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.

All jobs will be issued and managed through a mobile app, allowing you to work efficiently across multiple sites while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

This is a foot-mobile role, travelling between sites across Central London, with all tools, equipment, and a travel card provided.

You will also be required to attend the company's main operations hub in Islington when needed to collect equipment, materials, and stock.

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• Electrical testing and inspection where qualified
• Minor installation works
• Working closely with site teams and building occupiers
• Managing jobs through a mobile application
• Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple client sites
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical Qualification (minimum requirement)
• Level 3 Electrical Qualification preferred
• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial environments
• Strong fault-finding abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, client-facing approach
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Facilities Management or Building Services experience
• Additional electrical qualifications
