We are recruiting for three Facilities Management Electricians to join a well-established and expanding FM team delivering maintenance services across more than 20 commercial sites throughout Central London (Zones 1 & 2).

The Role
Working as part of a team of approximately 10 engineers, reporting into a Maintenance Manager and Supervisor, you will carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
All jobs will be issued and managed through a mobile app, allowing you to work efficiently across multiple sites while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
This is a foot-mobile role, travelling between sites across Central London, with all tools, equipment, and a travel card provided.
You will also be required to attend the company's main operations hub in Islington when needed to collect equipment, materials, and stock.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- Electrical testing and inspection where qualified
- Minor installation works
- Working closely with site teams and building occupiers
- Managing jobs through a mobile application
- Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple client sites
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical Qualification (minimum requirement)
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification preferred
- Experience carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, client-facing approach
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable:
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Facilities Management or Building Services experience
- Additional electrical qualifications
