The Role
As the Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll:
- Act as first-line support for an eight-person, multi-skilled engineering team.
- Lead two static engineers and the wider mobile engineering team.
- Manage timesheets, overtime, sickness and absence across the team.
- Support daily service delivery across multiple commercial and retail contracts.
- Undertake contract management alongside your core supervisory responsibilities.
- Participate in the reactive on-call response across the regional portfolio.
To be successful as the Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll have:
- Essential: A technical trade background in electrical, gas or mechanical engineering.
- Essential: A minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience working within a facilities management environment.
- Technical credibility across multi-skilled engineering and fabric services.
- Basic administration skills and familiarity with Evolution or Concept systems.
- Ambition to progress into contract management and pride in your work.
- Permanent position covering Greater Manchester and the wider North West.
- £40,000 to £43,000 per annum.
- Flexible Monday-to-Friday hours, typically 7:30am to 4:30pm.
- Work from home or regional sites, with regular site travel.
- Annual salary increases of 3% to 5%.
