Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for an opportunity to manage a prestigious corporate site in London? We are working with a leading facilities management provider seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to oversee the delivery of FM services within a high-profile environment.

The Role

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities operations, contractor performance, compliance, and service delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience for occupiers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services across the site.
  • Ensuring the building fabric and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Leading Health & Safety compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Managing contractors and service providers to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitoring budgets and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Producing management reports and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining compliance records, asset registers, and emergency plans.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating fire safety procedures, emergency planning, and evacuations.
  • Managing site risks, insurance matters, and major works projects.
  • Working closely with procurement teams to ensure contractor compliance.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous Facilities Management experience within a commercial or multi-tenanted environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and service agreements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
  • IWFM/BIFM qualification desirable.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience advantageous.
