We're looking for a reliable and organised Soft Services FM professional to join a busy PFI schools contract in Irvine.
This is a great opportunity for someone with facilities management or soft services experience who enjoys a varied role and working within an education environment.
The role includes:
- Managing day-to-day soft FM services
- Coordinating cleaning and support teams
- Monitoring service standards and KPIs
- Liaising with school staff and subcontractors
- General FM admin and compliance support
- Helping ensure the schools run smoothly day to day
What we're looking for:
- Previous FM or soft services experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and contractors
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Experience within schools or PFI contracts is beneficial but not essential
