If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking two Facilities Supervisors to assist in the operational excellence of their facilities across multiple locations.
What You'll Do:
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of facilities management. Your responsibilities will include:
Personalised Client Service:
- Support the Facilities Managers in implementing life cycle maintenance provisions.
- Manage and coordinate all contractors on-site.
- Assist in energy management, carbon reduction, and environmental initiatives, adhering to both internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and tenants at your designated locations.
Sustainable Growth:
- Stay updated on current technologies, strategies, and legislation to enhance your expertise and support future developments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety procedures, and actively participate in the Health and Safety Committee when necessary.
Dynamic Culture:
- Lead local facilities teams daily, ensuring adequate staffing and high operational standards.
- Act as an ambassador for the Facilities Department, representing the organisation professionally.
- Be prepared to cover for colleagues across all locations as directed.
- Regularly visit your sites to ensure they are well-maintained and efficiently managed.
Financial & Operational Excellence:
- Continuously improve the facilities management strategy to provide high-quality, cost-effective services within budget.
- Approve invoices promptly and manage accounts in accordance with delegated authority limits.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a similar facilities management role.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and welfare regulations.
A valid driving licence and the ability to travel between various office locations.
Excellent team leadership skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
