Lead operational excellence and maintain world-class standards across our sites
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain our facilities to a world-class level, ensuring an impeccable environment for players, staff, and visitors.
Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.
Drive efficiency across both the stadium and training ground, ensuring all maintenance and cleaning standards exceed expectations.
Champion a proactive safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
