Factory Floor Support /Finishing

Role and Responsibilites 

Performing packing operations in accordance with time, quantity and quality targets

Assemble packaging, label and record items

Label packages appropriately, and maintain quality of packaged items

Support dispatch and warehouse

Wrapping pallets, use of Barcode scanners

To keep a clean safe work area, all cleaning duties associated with maintaing standards

To work as a team and follow all instructions/requests from Supervisors and Managers, in a timely manner

To identify problems and communicate issues to your Supervisor and Manager

Operate in a safe manner complying with all health and safety, environmental regulations to ensure your own safety and of others in your team

Any other ad hoc duties

You Must Have

A willingness to learn and be part of dedicated hardworking team

Be flexible

Ability to work in a high pressure environment

Strong communication skills and work well as part of a team

Must be able to read and interpret documents ie - safety rules/operating maintenance and procedure manuals

Experience of Factory work, an advantage
