Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
Hours: Standard Hours - 7am to 4pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 1pm on Fri - must be flexible with working hours and be prepared to work later than 4pm regularly

About the Role

We are looking for a physically fit and reliable Factory Labourer to join a busy joinery manufacturing environment.

The role involves the loading and unloading of large joinery components, as well as packaging finished products ready for delivery. This is a physically demanding position involving regular heavy lifting and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading large joinery components.
• Packaging and preparing products for dispatch.
• Moving heavy materials safely around the factory.
• Assisting production and joinery teams as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet production and dispatch deadlines.

About You

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Previous factory, warehouse, joinery, or labouring experience preferred.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety.
• Must be flexible with working hours depending on production requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
