Factory Operative (Despatch)

You'll be the final checkpoint before an order leaves the building, picking, packing, and despatching customer and stock orders accurately and on time.
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 – 15:30
- Permanent
- Collating, picking, and packing customer orders against email and despatch notes
- Packing items for stock as required
- Placing completed orders at the correct collection points
- Scheduling courier collections
- Franking and bagging Royal Mail post
- Liaising with the Sales team on returns and stock issues
- Loading and unloading deliveries, including greenhouse parts
- Completing regular stock checks
- Answering the phone and intercom, and supporting the wider team as required
What We're Looking For
- A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential
- A careful, organised approach with a strong eye for accuracy
- A team player who takes pride in getting things right
- Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly
