Factory Operative

We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role offering long-term opportunities within a fast-paced production setting.

If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operating or desptach work we would love to hear from you. Inductions are taking place weekly. 

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday - 1500-0000

Friday - 1200-1800 

The Role

As a Factory Operative, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring CNC and production machinery

• Loading materials into pre-set machines

• Monitoring machine cycles to ensure safe and accurate operation

• Quality checking finished goods

• Order picking and preparing goods for despatch

• Labelling, wrapping, banding and palletising products

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

This is a physically active role involving manual handling and working on your feet.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing / production experience desirable

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• comfotable with repetative work and manual handling

• Good attention to detail

• Strong team working skills

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
