We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Poole.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical mindset who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous factory experience.
The Role:
- Assembling and manufacturing products using hand tools.
- Working with sealing equipment and production materials.
- Following instructions and manufacturing guidelines.
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet production requirements.
- Previous factory, manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with their hands.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
- Able to follow instructions and work to set standards.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Location: Poole
- Pay: £12.91 per hour
