Factory Operative

Location: Royston

Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Our client, a well-established company based in Royston, is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative to join their production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience who is looking for a long-term role. The position will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

• Carry out general production and factory duties.

• Operate machinery and equipment safely following training.

• Assemble, pack, and prepare products for dispatch.

• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

• Follow all company health and safety procedures.

• Support the wider production team to meet daily targets.

• Previous experience working in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Able to work well as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the company.

• Must be able to drive due to location 

• £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.

• Full-time hours 07.30-17.00
