Are you looking for a full-time role with consistent hours and an early finish every Friday? We're recruiting Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team in a busy production environment, with ongoing work and the potential for a long-term position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out basic assembly tasks following work instructions
• Operating production machinery (full training provided)
• Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
• Completing quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous factory, production, manufacturing, or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures
