Your responsibilities of Factory Operative will include:

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions
• Operating production machinery (full training provided)
• Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
• Performing quality checks to maintain production standards
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
• Good reliability and timekeeping
• The ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• A willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures
  

Hours and Pay:

• Mon-Fri
• 07:30-16:30
• Early finish every Friday
• Full-Time
• Weekly pay through Prime Appointments
• Ongoing temporary work with the opportunity to become long-term
• Free on-site parking
• Full training provided
