Factory Operative (Production)

You'll be at the heart of turning raw aluminium and other materials into finished product, cutting, punching, modifying, and fabricating parts to a high standard.
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 – 15:30
- Permanent
- Cutting, punching, and preparing aluminium and other materials to technical drawings
- Carrying out measurement and quantity checks alongside a senior team member
- Setting up and operating machinery safely
- Working with the team to keep production runs on schedule
- Reporting quality concerns promptly
- Keeping the work area safe, tidy, and organised
- Completing regular stock checks and flagging low stock items
- Supporting other departments and general duties as required
What We're Looking For
- A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential
- A safety conscious approach and comfort working with machinery
- A team player who takes pride in getting things right
- Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly
