Factory Operative

Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Crick. Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Location: Crick

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with general factory operations, including loading and unloading vehicles
• Packing glass, frames and sub-components accurately for dispatch
• Carrying out a variety of production tasks using machinery and tools
• Packing, preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately
• Supporting powder coating operations and raised bed production
• Following all health & safety procedures and company policies

About You

• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Reliable, conscientious and eager to learn
• Previous factory or production experience
• Must have your own transport, as it is not
