Factory Operative

Search are working with their client in Inverurie, who are looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join their team!

What you will be doing:

• Working as part of a team to manufacture timber frame components.
• Handling and moving timber and work pieces safely.
• Using a range of hand and pneumatic tools, including drills, hammers and air tools.
• Operating workshop machinery and control panels following appropriate training.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Working efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Carrying out other general factory and workshop duties as required.

Requirements:

• Has a can-do attitude and is willing to learn new skills.
• Is physically active and comfortable with manual handling.
• Is well organised, enthusiastic and takes pride in their work.
• Holds a current driving licence and has their own transport to get to and from work.
