Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based near the Biddenden area, who are currently looking to bring in two motivated Factory Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, likes being kept busy, and wants the chance to secure a long-term permanent role within a supportive and stable business.

Whether you’ve worked in manufacturing, warehousing, production, assembly, or you’re simply someone with the right attitude looking to get into a new industry, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in a variety of day-to-day manufacturing duties, supporting the smooth running of operations and ensuring products are prepared to a high standard.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working within a fast-paced production environment
• Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided)
• Assisting with general manufacturing and production processes
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are met
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Supporting with general housekeeping and site organisation
• Working closely with team members to meet daily targets

• Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
