We're looking for compassionate and committed Family Assessment Residential Workers to join our service that provides 12 - 16 week programmes for family’s working with social services and the courts. 

What you'll be doing. Every day brings something different. You'll:
✨ Support mothers or mothers and fathers depending on their situations.
✨ Overseeing the family’s needs and following a care plan put together by professional teams involved in their care.
✨ Create a safe, caring and welcoming home environment.
✨ Work alongside families and professionals to achieve the very best outcomes.
✨ Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest safeguarding standards.
✨ Help with cooking, daily household tasks and creating a home environment.

We're looking for someone who:
Is a driver.
Holds (or is willing to work towards) a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Is passionate about making a positive difference to families lives.
Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Has experience in a nursery setting. 
Has experience working with children and young people.
Is flexible to work shifts, sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays.
