Family Paralegal

A well-established Central London law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Paralegal with previous family law experience to work alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of private family matters while continuing to develop their legal career.

The successful Family Paralegal will join a respected law firm with a strong reputation for providing practical, client-focused advice. The team offers excellent mentoring, quality work and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.

As the Family Paralegal you will support fee earners across a varied caseload of family law matters.

The role will include:

* Assisting with divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
* Preparing legal documents, court bundles and correspondence
* Conducting legal research and drafting documents
* Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and third parties
* Managing case files and ensuring deadlines are met
* Supporting solicitors with client meetings and hearings
* Maintaining accurate case management records

You will be an organised and compassionate individual with previous experience in family law.

The Family Paralegal must have:

* Previous Family Law experience within a law firm
* Strong drafting and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Professional and empathetic approach to client care
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems

* £26,000 - £30,000 salary
