The Opportunity
Simpson Judge have partnered with a well renowned national law firm who are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Private Family solicitor to lead and grow their regional Private Family practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a progressive, multi-office law firm that is investing in its people, services and future growth.
You will have the autonomy to shape the department, develop talented teams and build a thriving practice, supported by an established brand, strong referral network and collaborative leadership team.
The Role
You will:
- Lead and develop the Private Family team across the region.
- Drive growth through business development and strategic relationships.
- Manage financial performance, budgets and departmental objectives.
- Mentor and develop lawyers at all levels.
- Maintain exceptional standards of client service and technical excellence.
- Contribute to the firm's wider strategic direction as a senior leader.
About You
You will be an experienced Private Family solicitor with:
- A strong track record in private family law.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a growth mindset.
- An established professional network and business development experience.
- A passion for delivering outstanding client service and developing high-performing teams.
