Family Solicitor – Unique Position

My client specialist in Private Family Law firm known for its practical, client-focused approach and strong reputation in children and financial matters. With a growing national presence and a dynamic team, is looking to expand further by partnering with high-calibre solicitors ready to lead their own offices.

The Role:

Well-rounded practitioners with experience in both children and financial remedy matters as well as Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) up to the stage of letter before claim, at which point conduct may be transferred to a specialist within the firm.

• Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Committed to excellent client care and advocacy
• Commercially minded with leadership potential

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years PQE in family law 
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
• Strong billing history and business development mindset
• Desire to grow a practice and build a local team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
