Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours of 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm

About the Role We are looking for a highly organised FaRM & New Account Specialist to join our Customer Service Department. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of new farm accounts, ensuring all customer information is accurate, compliant, and set up efficiently within SAP.

Working closely with Account Managers, the Master Data Management team, and Transport, you will coordinate Farm Risk Management (FaRM) assessments, ensuring all delivery locations meet health and safety requirements before deliveries commence. You'll play a key role in supporting safe operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering an excellent customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the new account setup process from initial request through to account creation.
  • Complete and submit SAP new account requests, ensuring accurate customer data.
  • Coordinate Farm Risk Management (FaRM) assessments and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with customers, Account Managers, Transport, and Master Data teams to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Monitor account progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the resolution of health and safety issues identified during site assessments.
  • Produce reports relating to new accounts and FaRM activities.
About You You'll be an organised administrator with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Experience working with customer data, administration, or compliance processes is desirable, along with confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy is essential.
