Fascia, Soffit & Cladding Installer (Bespoke Project)

 Bridgeman Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Fascia, Soffit & Cladding Installers to join a specialist contractor working on a bespoke construction project in Ormskirk.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled operatives with experience installing high-quality external finishes on commercial or residential projects.

Duties Include:

• Installing fascia, soffit and rainwater goods.
• Fitting a range of external cladding systems to a high standard.
• Measuring, cutting and installing materials accurately.
• Working from drawings and site specifications.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working efficiently as part of a professional site team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience installing fascia, soffits and external cladding.
• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Own tools and full PPE.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• IPAF or PASMA certification is advantageous but not essential.
