An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fashion Sales Advisor, Retail Sales Assistant, Luxury Retail Assistant or Premium Fashion Sales Consultant to join a British womenswear brand at its stylish Chelsea boutique.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and thrives in a premium retail environment.
As a Fashion Sales Advisor, you'll become an ambassador for a contemporary British clothing brand renowned for its beautifully designed collections, natural fabrics and commitment to sustainable fashion.
You'll provide outstanding customer service, offer styling advice and create an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages repeat business.

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, including weekends.

Store Opening Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face, telephone and email customer service.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of current collections, fabrics and fits.
  • Process sales, returns and customer orders efficiently.
  • Assist with customer deliveries and logistics.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to a premium standard.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock management.
  • Use till and retail systems confidently.
  • Achieve store sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback with the buying and merchandising teams.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.

You'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience within premium fashion retail, luxury retail or boutique retail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A passion for sustainable fashion and quality clothing.
  • Confidence providing styling advice.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A warm, friendly and approachable personality.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence using retail systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • The ability to build lasting customer relationships.
