We are seeking a highly experienced automotive professional for the position of Fast Fit Centre Manager in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Maximise workshop productivity and achieve profit targets as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
  • Oversee daily workshop operations, including staff management, health & safety compliance, and workflow management
  • Promote the company brand and develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Manage stock security and control, ensuring efficient workshop operations and adherence to company procedures
Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Proven experience in an automotive management role, ideally within a fast fit or autocentre environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets 
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience
  • Availability to work 48 hours per week, including Saturdays
