We are seeking a highly experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager for a reputable automotive business located in Southampton, Hampshire. Duties of the Fast Fit Centre Manager:
  • Lead and motivate the workshop team to meet operational objectives and improve performance
  • Manage daily workshop operations to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the safety and security of the workshop, stock, and equipment
  • Promote a positive working environment focusing on team development and customer care
  • Ensure accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and proper storage procedures
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop practical strategies to optimise workshop productivity and profitability
  • Foster continual learning and development within the team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, ideally as Fast Fit Centre Manager or similar
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation and development
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
  • Successful track record in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months, with no more than six points
  • Experience managing health and safety procedures relevant to automotive workshops
