- Experience in a fast fit or automotive workshop environment, ideally specialising in tyres, exhausts, and batteries
- Full UK driving licence with no more than nine points (subject to licence checks)
- Willingness to learn new skills and improve existing ones
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
