Job Title: Fault Coordinator 

Location: Poole 

Pay Rate: £13.96/h 

Contract: 6 Months 

Hours: 8.5-hour shifts between 07:00 – 18:00 (37.5 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch) 

About the Role

Are you an organized multi-tasker with a passion for problem-solving and great customer service? Join our Service Operations Centre (SOC) as a Fault Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the rapid growth of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EVCI)!

In this fast-paced position, you’ll act as the central hub for our EV clients and field service engineers—managing live faults, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly within SLA targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer Scheduling: Triage incoming EV infrastructure faults, dispatch field engineers, and dynamically reprioritize workloads when urgent issues pop up.

  • Incident Management: Track incidents through our fault systems to guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Communication & Support: Keep clients and internal teams updated, chasing engineers for status reports and maintaining complete visibility on ongoing faults.

  • Documentation & Admin: Ensure system records, contract documents, and takeover certificates are accurate and up to date.

  • Client Interface: Attend customer meetings as needed and handle escalations with confidence and composure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Coordination Experience: Background in administration, dispatch, customer service, or operational coordination.

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong standard PC skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Pressure-Tested: Ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and organized in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

  • Great Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal skills with a talent for building quick rapport with colleagues and clients.

  • Self-Motivated: Takes ownership of tasks from initial report to full resolution.

📍 Transport Requirement: Candidates must have reliable independent transport to commute to Poole initially, and to Bournemouth Airport from October 2026 onwards.
