What You'll Bring
* Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching that inspires learners and supports them in achieving their academic, vocational, and career goals.
* Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress while creating inclusive, positive learning environments that promote achievement and progression.
* Support and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds, including those with ALN, SEN, behavioural, or additional support needs.
* Bring relevant teaching experience, industry expertise, or vocational qualifications, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.
* Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential for some opportunities. EWC registration (or willingness to obtain) is required.
