Tezlom Healthcare Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Female Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team and support a range of Day care centres, care homes, nursing homes and supported living services across Hayes, Hounslow and Uxbridge.

As a Tezlom Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence and confidence. Whether you are supporting someone with their daily routine, offering a listening ear, or providing essential care, your contribution will make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing compassionate, person-centred care and support.
• Supporting service users with personal care while maintaining dignity, respect and choice.
• Assisting with daily living activities and encouraging independence.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers where required.
• Promoting wellbeing and a positive quality of life.
• Observing and reporting changes in service users’ health, behaviour or wellbeing.
• Completing care records accurately and following agreed support plans.
• Working alongside care teams and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent standards of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Carer within care homes, nursing homes, supported living or domiciliary care.
• A caring, reliable and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Ability to work confidently as part of a team.
• Flexibility to cover bank shifts across Hayes, Hounslow and Uxbridge.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check required (Adult Workforce). Candidates without an Enhanced DBS must be willing to complete one as part of the registration process.

Desirable:

• Experience supporting individuals with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities or complex needs
• Up-to-date mandatory training certificates or willing to sign up 
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
