About the Role
Together are looking for a caring and reliable Female Mental Health Community Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support.
- Promote independence, wellbeing and dignity.
- Support individuals with appointments and community activities.
- Build positive and professional relationships.
- Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
- Record and report any concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mental health, healthcare or social care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable and professional.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. (Business insurance required)
- Willingness to travel across the South of the country
