Female Project Worker

Are you passionate about supporting women to rebuild their lives and achieve greater independence? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join a specialist service supporting women with backgrounds of homelessness and multiple disadvantages.

You will provide person-centred support to women who may have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, and/or drug and alcohol dependency. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help service users develop life skills, access essential services, and move towards positive outcomes.

• Minimum 6 months' UK care or support work experience
• Experience supporting individuals affected by:
  • Homelessness
  • Mental health needs
  • Drug and alcohol misuse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, resilient, and professional approach

• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (highly beneficial)

• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable women
• The ability to build positive, trusting relationships
• A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
