Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Female Senior Care Assistant to work in a 35-bed residential care home in Fareham. This temporary role offers regular night shifts with immediate block booking opportunities for candidates experienced in medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication safely and accurately.

• Complete paper MAR charts.

• Provide personal care and support to residents.

• Lead and support care staff during shifts.

• Maintain accurate documentation and handovers.

• Follow safeguarding and medication management procedures.

Essential Requirements

• UK Senior Care Assistant experience.

• Medication Administration training and competency assessment.

• Experience with paper MAR charts.

• Right to work in the UK.
