Female Support Worker in Eastbourne, East Sussex

We are seeking a patient, caring and energetic Support Worker to support a 8-year-old girl with autism, sensory processing difficulties and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, toileting and meal support.

• Support communication and daily routines using simple language and visual aids.

• Engage her in sensory activities, music, arts, outdoor play and movement.

• Support emotional regulation and manage distressed behaviour calmly.

• Maintain close supervision and ensure safety at home and in the community.

• Provide regular updates to the family.
