An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Interior Design division of one of the UK's leading Tier 1 D&B contractors. They are a design and fit-out specialist renowned for delivering exceptional workplace, education and public sector interiors. As part of a growing design team, you'll play a key role in expanding the company's FF&E capability.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FF&E professional who enjoys working directly with clients, influencing design decisions, and delivering innovative, functional environments from concept through to completion.

The Role

Working alongside architects, interior designers and project teams, you'll lead the FF&E design process across a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring every scheme combines creativity, functionality and commercial awareness.
You'll be responsible for developing FF&E concepts, preparing presentations, coordinating specifications and collaborating with suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FF&E design process across education, aviation and commercial interior projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, presenting concepts and guiding design decisions with confidence.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and coordinate FF&E information using Revit.
• Keep up to date with emerging furniture products, materials, sustainability trends and workplace innovation.
• Support the continued growth and development of the organisation's FF&E offering.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded FF&E Design Consultant who combines excellent design flair with strong technical capability and outstanding communication skills.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience delivering FF&E design within commercial interiors, education, aviation or similar sectors.
• Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Revit skills and experience producing coordinated FF&E information.
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturers, suppliers and current market trends.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
