Field Care Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing domiciliary care provider in Enfield for a motivated Field Care Supervisor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a supervisory role.

The Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will help ensure clients receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular field-based supervision and spot checks of care staff.

• Visiting clients in their homes to monitor the quality and delivery of care.

• Supporting care workers with guidance, coaching and day-to-day practice.

• Participating in client reviews and gathering feedback from clients and families.

• Ensuring care plans and risk assessments reflect clients' current needs.

• Identifying and escalating safeguarding, medication, health and wellbeing concerns.

• Supporting the management of incidents, complaints and concerns.

• Monitoring care worker performance and identifying training and development needs.

• Supporting the induction and development of new care workers.

• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.

• Working closely with the Registered Manager and office team.

• Helping to maintain compliance with CQC and organisational standards.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within domiciliary/home care.

• Confident supporting and mentoring other care staff.

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.

• Organised, reliable and able to work independently in a field-based role.

• Confident identifying concerns and escalating issues appropriately.

• Comfortable using care plans, risk assessments and care documentation.

• Keen to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility.

Senior Carers looking to progress

Don't worry if you haven't previously held a Field Care Supervisor title.

We will consider experienced Senior Carers who are ready for their next career step and can demonstrate:

• Leadership qualities and the ability to support colleagues.

• A positive and professional attitude.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• The confidence and willingness to develop into a supervisory position.

• A genuine interest in progressing their career within domiciliary care.

A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable, although relevant experience and potential will also be considered.
