Field Engineer Conveyors

One of the Global market leaders in Air Freight Conveyors is substantially expanding their engineering work force!

Working on Airport Freight Conveyor Systems.

Delivering Service, Maintenance and Breakdown cover to key customers at Airports in the Netherlands, Belgium and across Europe.

You will have a strong mechanical engineering background with some electrical engineering experience. You will have exposure to working on heavy machinery and be able to assertain faults, problems and correct them (full training will be provided).

You will have good communication skills and will be confident/fluent in English in addition to speaking Dutch or French or another European dialect.

You will have natural problem solving skills and be happy working under pressure in a highly secure environment. 

Strong knowlege of health and safty and the ability to adapt to different site based rules and requirements. 

You will need to have some experience with mechanical and electrical fault finding, ideally with the ability to test cables, some experience with heavy mechanical and hydraulic systems. 

This is an opportunity for a capable engineer to enter into a specialised and fast growing sector of the global engineering industry.

You do not need to have experience with Conveyors to apply, although this would be advantageous.
