We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful, fast-growing business who are looking to appoint a Field Sales Manager to join their thriving team. Based on outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for individuals who are personable and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Key Duties:

  • Led and develop a team of field-based sales representatives, driving performance, engagement, and achievement of key sales objectives.
  • Maintained high standards of operational compliance, ensuring all sales activities adhered to company policies, industry regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Design and deliver product knowledge and skill training, equipping sales teams with the expertise needed to effectively communicate product features and customer benefits.
  • Carry out regular performance reviews, product evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance demonstration quality and overall sales effectiveness.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing and developing field-based sales teams, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management of remote or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Background in direct sales, home demonstrations, retail, healthcare, mobility, or other customer-facing sales environments.
  • Experience delivering product training and supporting the ongoing development of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
