Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 + Overtime + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus + Company Vehicle – Giving a potential earning of £60,000 - £65,000 (inclusive of call out & o/t)

My client is a market leading company who have been supplying packaging solutions to a variety of FMCG manufacturers for over 60 years. The expansion and development of this secure organisation has been built on reputation and the ability to deliver consistently to their clients. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit an additional field service engineer, with service and commissioning experience.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of PLC systems & Automated Machinery
• Experience of plastics / packaging machinery

The Role – Earn up to £65k

• UK and Ireland Field Service Engineer
• Install, commissioning
• Maintenance and refurbishment

My client is looking for a Service Engineer, to perform Maintenance on machines to UK wide customers. The candidate will ideally have worked as Service Engineer before, they will have worked as a UK Service Engineer.

The role is predominantly service work, so the person needs to be comfortable fault-finding, and performing routine maintenance to machines. The candidate needs to have a minimum of an Apprenticeship with experience on Food packaging working on Traysealers, Vaccum machines, Chamber Belt Vaccum machines and Thermoforming Machines.
