Field Service Engineer

Location: The ideal candidate for this role will be based within commuting distance of Whiteley, and will be happy to travel across the UK to client sites.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has a couple of years’ experience within the repair and servicing of machines, to have a positive impact on the growth of our client’s service department.
Key duties will include:
- Commissioning of instruments at customer sites and providing user training.
- Document service activities, failures, and corrective actions with high accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Manufacturing on reliability, serviceability, and design improvements.
- Plan travel and coordinate with customers independently.
Your Background:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent apprenticeship/HNC.
- Experience servicing equipment in the field and in a regulated environment.
- Flexibility to travel and for overnight stays.
- Full UK driving license.
