The Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer – Electrical Bias with proven hands-on experience working on injection moulding machinery.
You will install, commission, service, repair and maintain injection moulding machines at customer sites across the UK.
Injection moulding machinery experience is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of injection moulding machines.
Electrical fault finding and repair.
Electronic and board-level diagnostics.
Three-phase electrical systems.
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Breakdown response and troubleshooting.
Customer support and training.
Technical reporting and team support.
Essential Requirements
Hands-on injection moulding machinery experience.
Minimum 3 years' electrical/electronic engineering experience.
Recognised Electrical/Electronic qualification – NVQ, ONC, HNC or equivalent.
Completed electrical apprenticeship.
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics.
Full UK driving licence.
UK-wide customer travel.
Approximately 2 nights away per week on average.
International training may be required for several months.
