Are you an experienced care professional who loves supporting others, developing teams and making sure great care is actually being delivered in practice?
We're recruiting for a Field Supervisor & Trainer to join a well-established Home Instead office in Barnet.
This is a varied role combining field supervision, quality and Care Professional development. You'll spend time supporting clients and Care Professionals in the community, while also playing an important role in training, coaching and maintaining high standards across the service.

- Completing competency assessments and observational assessments
- Creating, reviewing and auditing care plans and risk assessments
- Supporting medication competency, including eMAR
- Delivering relevant training workshops and refresher training
- Identifying development needs and providing coaching and mentoring to Care Professionals
- Supporting Care Professional and client introductions
- Building positive relationships with clients, families and the wider care team
- Supporting audits, quality improvement and inspection readiness
- Maintaining accurate records across the relevant care management systems
- Participating in on-call duties when required
We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience within the care sector who is confident working with both clients and care teams.
You'll need:
- A full UK driving licence and your own transport
- At least 2 years' experience within care
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent - preferred
- Experience with medication and MAR/eMAR in a supervisory capacity
- A good understanding of health and social care regulations and compliance
