Field Technician

£18.20 per hour | 36 hours per week
Market Rasen, Lincolnshire
Temporary contract until approximately end of October

We are seeking a Field Technician to support trial, seed processing, and stock management activities in a busy agricultural environment. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is highly organised, and can maintain accurate records.

• Fulfilling orders, including label creation, bagging, seed treatment, and booking collections
• Recording moisture levels, weights, and stock information
• Sample taking, delivery, and record keeping
• Organising shipments and physical stock movements
• Processing cereal seed, including cleaning, quality checks, and labelling
• Supporting certification submissions and SAP transactions
• Assisting with harvest and drilling activities where required

• Experience in agriculture, seed processing, warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational environment is beneficial
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures
• Practical, reliable, and organised

• FLT licence
• Full UK driving licence
• PA1 and PA11 certificates
• SAP experience
• Tractor driving experience
